Add video in your wave in 1 second (try it in a public wave)

Have access to Google Wave preview?  Then access this public wave:

Got a webcam? Try our new Nimbb Gadget!

Try using the Nimbb Gadget to leave a comment!  All you need is your webcam, and 1 second to press "Record".  Then, you simply record your 30 seconds video and click "Save" when you are done to publish the video in the wave.

Fun fact: when you are recording your video, other participants in the wave will see this text: "[your name] is recording a video."  Once the video is published, everyone in the wave will see it.

For steps to install the gadget, see this link:

Nimbb Gadget for Google Wave

Enjoy!

Wave is good productivity tool but it was not promoted in a proper way. The problem was the way it was launched. Pretty much everyone I know wanted in but couldn’t get an invite when it started. It was a great idea, but poorly executed & hamstrung by bad business decisions from the start. Goodbye Google Wave!
